Violent Crimes Unit Investigating Another Shooting

One person was wounded in a shooting Tuesday night.

Amarillo police report officers were sent to a location on Darden Street is the area of Martin Road Park around 10:30 p.m. Upon arrival, witnesses said several shots had been fired and one person may have been injured and transported to the hospital by private vehicle.

CSI processed the scene and statements from witnesses were taken.

The Violent Crimes Unit is investigating the incident.
