Tyson Providing Childcare For Workforce

Kids need all the structure and support they can get, with meals, homework help, and excitement.

Parents know this too.

Sometimes with work, issues can arise with plans, especially with parents who work unconventional hours and night shifts.

Tyson saw the need within their workforce and decided to help their employees by teaming up with both Wesley Community Center as well as the Mavericks Boys and Girls Club.

The Pandemic especially hit parents hard, further bringing out issues that were already there and making things even harder.

With this partnership, Tyson is able to help its employees provide adequate care and reliable meals to kids of all ages, and keep them in the workplace.
