The High Plains Food Bank announced the release of Map the Meal Gap 2019.
The latest report by Feeding America on food insecurities and the cost of food is the only study that provides data on a local level.
Across the Texas Panhandle there is still one in seven individuals and one in five children who struggle with hunger.
