  including during the morning commute on Thursday. Total snow
  accumulations of up to 2 inches, with localized amounts up to
  4 inches, are expected.

* WHERE...Southwest, south central, and the east central Texas
  Panhandle. Including the cities of Booker, Higgins, Follett,
 Miami,Canadian, Amarillo, Panhandle, White Deer, Pampa,
 Hereford, Canyon, Claude, and Palo Duro Canyon.

* WHEN...From 6 PM Wednesday to 6 PM CST Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS..Be prepared for reduced visibilities
