Man Sentenced To Life For 2022 Murder

Erik Rivas has been sentenced to life without parole for the shooting death of 36-year-old Shareena Ann Webster in August of 2022.

Rivas became a suspect during the investigation, and found in the Dallas area where he was taken into custody after police issued a BOLO (be on the lookout) for him.

Court records show Rivas entered a not guilty plea April 8, a Randall County jury, however, found him guilty of capital murder April 15.
