Hale Sentenced To Three Years For Shooting

An Amarillo man has been convicted for shooting at his wife.

Stephen Andrew Hale plead guilty in December for discharging a firearm in a school zone.

The incident took place in August during a youth football practice.

Nobody was injured however, there were nearly 50 children and parents present.

Hale was under a protective order at the time and will now spend three years in jail.
