Dr. Gary Seale Talks Stroke Risk and Prevention in Young Adults

Dr. Gary Seale is the Regional Director of Clinical Services at the Centre for Neuro Skills, and has taken it upon himself to share what young people can do to help lower their risk.

He specifically mentioned getting enough sleep, eating healthy and getting exercise in particular as ways that can make you less susceptible to a stroke.
