Coffee Memorial Blood Center Needing Blood Donors

With more winter weather expected to take place this Coffee Memorial Blood Center is in need of blood donors.

The Center says historically, winter weather dramatically reduces blood donations and now they are struggling with consistent collections due to Covid related cancellations.

Most adults 16 years old and up and who are in good health can donate.

Those who have received the most common COVID-19 vaccines like Pfizer and Moderna can donate without a deferral period. 

Those who have received other vaccinations must wait two weeks before donating.
