City Of Amarillo To Begin Hosting Community Listening Sessions

The City of Amarillo Interim City Manager Andrew Freeman has scheduled Community Listening Sessions beginning Monday, December 18.

The twice-monthly sessions are intended to allow the public to offer input and share concerns and suggestions concerning city related operations.

Freeman says they city wants to engage with residents, understand their perspectives and weave what is gained into the fabric of how the city is governed.

After Monday’s session, they will change to the first Wednesday and second Monday of each month beginning in January.

All Community Listening Sessions will be held at City Hall room 303.
