Bad Poetry Contest Returns to WT

West Texas A&M University will once again play host to the Bad Poetry Contest, on March 9th at 6:30pm in Legacy Hall.

The event, which is open to all, is a chance for participants to quite literally do their worst.

No topic is off limits, and previous entries have included poems on everything from dental hygiene to the Amarillo sunset.

Participants should bring 2 to 3 original bad poems, but reading aloud is not required.

Prizes will be awarded to the best of the worst.
