Interim City Manager Andrew Freeman joins Michael J. Stevens to follow up on the Feb. 27 City Council Meeting during which there was some heated exchange between Freeman and those behind the Dais over the recent changes to and subsequent rescinding of the city’s organizational chart, including the creation of the four “Managing Director” positions.
