4 Teens Arrested After Aggravate Robbery

4 teens are now behind bars after an aggravated robbery at a local convenience store.

On Tuesday October 12th, the Amarillo Police Department was called out to the Toot N Totum located at 1619 North Grand.  The victim said that 4 suspects walked in wearing masks carrying guns and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Later that night, two officers were near Northeast Grand and Garfield when they saw a gray 4 door vehicle stopped at that same intersection and heard 4-5 gunshots coming from inside this same vehicle.

The subject driving the vehicle led officers in a short pursuit before stopping in the 700 block of North Garfield and all subjects in the suspect vehicle got out and ran.

I suspect was arrested after being located by K9 and the 3 others were located a short time after in an apartment.

2 stolen guns and a hand grenade were inside the residence so the APD bomb team was called out to take possession of the grenade.
