The North Plains Iris Society Annual Show

Even though we didn’t have many April showers, we still will get May flowers.

Thanks to The North Plains Iris Society.

The group is set to hold its annual Iris show at the Amarillo Botanical Gardens on May the 8th. 

If you have a great Iris to show or a wonderful photo of the flower, named after the Greek goddess who rode rainbows, enter it in a contest between 7:30 and 10 am.

From 2 pm until 4 pm the public is invited in, free of charge to see the best blooms and snapshots.
