Reagor Appeal To Be Heard

The United States Fifth Circuit Court has announced a tentative schedule for oral arguments in the Bart Reagor federal court case

Reagor, a founder of the Reagor-Dykes Auto Group, was sentenced to 14 years in prison back in March after a jury trial in October 2021

His legal team filed an appeal after the sentence was handed down In the Amarillo Federal court in March of making false statements to a bank about his intent to use 1 point 7 million dollars of a ten million dollar capital loan for personal use.

According to court documents, the court filed on September 30th and tentatively scheduled for oral arguments during the week of December 5th in New Orleans and any additional appeal filings have to be filed by 12:00 p.m. the day immediately preceding the argument
