Randall County Sheriff’s Office Searching For Wanted Felon

Amarillo Crime Stoppers is searching for a wanted man.

This is 41-year-old Ricky Dwayne Soto is wanted out of Randall County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Soto is 5 foot 7, 180 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
