The issuance of 68 million of school building bonds for acquiring, constructing, renovating, improving and equipping band, choir and theater facilities, athletic facilities, Austin Elementary School, Wilson Elementary School and Lamar Elementary School, a new agriculture education farm, and Pampa Junior High School and for the purchase of necessary sites therefore, and including the purchase of new buses, and the levying of a tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds an to pay the costs of any credit agreements executed or authorized in anticipation of, in relation to or in connection with the bonds. This is a property tax increase.

The issuance of 50 million of bonds by the Dalhart Independent School District for demolition of the existing intermediate campus and constructing a new intermediate campus; district-wide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning; improving fencing, lighting and scoreboards at the baseball/softball complex, and improvements to the junior high and elementary school campuses, and levying the tax in payment thereof. This is a property tax increase.

The issuance of 35,126,000 school building bonds for the construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation, expansion, improvement and equipment of school buildings in the district, and the levy and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any credit agreements. This is a property tax increase.

The issuance of 4,832,750 school building bonds for the construction, acquisition, rehabilitation, renovation, expansion, improvement and equipment of stadium facilities, including concession, dressing room, restroom, weight room, locker room and offices, and the levy and imposition of taxes sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on the bonds and the costs of any credit agreements. This is a property tax increase.
