Sod Poodles, Cardinals Split Series in Springfield

Springfield, Missouri – The Sod Poodles fell on Thursday night in their series finale against the Springfield Cardinals at Hammons Field, 8-0. The two teams split a four-game set. Celtics Legend John Havlicek Passes Away

(Jupiter, FL) — The Boston Celtics are mourning the loss of Hall of Famer John Havlicek. The team announced last night that he passed away at the age of 79 in Jupiter, Florida. Havlicek spent 16 seasons in Boston from 1962 to 1978 and was a 13-time All-Star. He averaged over 20 points for his career and helped the Celtics win eight NBA championships.
