Crime Stoppers Awarded for Excellent Service

Amarillo Crime Stoppers is always helping the community with awareness and communication toward finding local criminals.
On the night of the 12th, they were honored with awards for Greatest Dollar Recovery and Most cases Cleared for a population between 200,000 to 350,000
Amarillo Crime Stoppers Coordinator Corporal Scott Welling was also named the 2021 Crime Stoppers Coordinator of the Year.
The awards are for them, but its message speaks more for the community and everyone’s dedication to living in a safer place.
