APD: One Homicide Suspect Behind Bars, The Hunt For Two Others Continues

Amarillo Police now have one suspect in custody and are on the hunt for two others in the city’s latest homicide. 

On Monday, detectives with the APD Homicide Unit obtained three warrants for Capital Murder in the death of Trevor Riley who was found in a home in the 3400 block of North Hill Friday evening.

29-year-old Brent Bernard Smith was arrested for Capital Murder and booked into the Potter County Detention Center. 

Warrants were also issued for Rickey Lee Peebles, a 20-year-old white male described as being 6’3’’tall, weighing 165 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes, and Colton Gene Pullen, a 28-year-old white male described as being 6’1’’ tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
