Amarillo Museum Of Art Afterdark

The Amarillo Museum of Art is holding an after-dark event this Friday, June 10.

The event is from 7;00 p.m. to 10;00 and the cost is 30-dollars a person and AMoA embers get in free. Tickets will be sold at the door.

Besides art, food and drinks and music will also be available.

Current displays include Friends with You’s The Dance, Fantastic Visions; Surreal and Constructed Images as well as Photographs of American Visionaries and their Environments

Artist Steve Plattner will be speaking about the Strangers In a Strange Land exhibit, and there will film screening of “Friends of the Old West, a short film by Meredith Childers Varlamis
