Amarillo Mayor Ginger Nelson made her monthly visit to KGNC’s NewsDay Amarillo on Friday morning. The Mayor talked about the closing of the Thompson Park Pool, The PIT count, the implementation of new trash bins, the government shutdown and two upcoming resident seminars.
