The Lone Star Conference  has Suspended Regular Season Competition Until March 30

In a statement from Tyson Jex, Director of Athletic Communications & Broadcasting at West Texas A&M University says “ Based on the latest developments and the continued spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Lone Star Conference today announced the suspension of regular-season competition for teams in all sports until March 30”.

 The suspension is effective today at midnight. Games scheduled for today can be played.

Jex also announced that In accordance with the announcement from the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) concerning COVID-19, West Texas A&M is saddened to announce the cancellation of NCAA DII Men’s and Women’s Basketball South Central Regional Championships scheduled to take place this week.

For Credit/Debit Card Purchases

As of 3-12-2020 at 11:20am all credit/debit card transactions have been refunded. Please allow up to 72 business hours for the transaction to be credited to your account.

For Cash Purchases

Please bring your game tickets as well as the receipt that you received at the time of purchase to the Ticket Office for a refund to be issued. Last day for refunds will be Wednesday 3-18-2020 before 5:00pm.

For Check Purchases

If you have purchased tickets with a check, your check has been voided and shredded. No charges to your account should have taken place.
