Victor Boutros To Speak At Annual Prayer Breakfast

A recognized name in the fight against human trafficking will be the featured speaker at this year’s Amarillo Prayer Breakfast.

Dallas native Victor Boutros is the CEO and co-founder of the Human Trafficking Institute. He has served as a federal prosecutor on human trafficking cases on behalf of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Human Trafficking Prosecution Unit.

Boutros has spoken at a number of functions and briefed legislators, congressional committees, and the president of the United States.

The annual Prayer Breakfast is set for 6:30 a.m. November 21st in the North Exhibit Hall of the Amarillo Civic Center Complex.
