Potter County Commissioners Court

Potter County Commissioners meet on Monday, October 23rd.

The group will consider Budget Amendments for Fire and Rescue/ County assistance and to consider the order of Emergency Appointments of presiding judges for the November Constitutional Amendment Election.

Commissioners will also hear a complaint from a Potter County property owner related to the discharge of wastewater across private and county property.

They will also consider appointments to the Potter/Randall Child Welfare Board

Perhaps the most important item on their agenda is possibly considering and acting on a burn ban in Potter County for 90 days, and considering and acting on the Detention Center Booking room remodel

Commissioners will meet in their courtroom at 500 South Fillmore Street, Room 106 at 9:00 a.m.
