Lyle Lovett And Michael Martin Murphey To Headline Rangeland Fire Benefit
Michael Martin Murphey’s Western Institute is presenting a fund-raising concert with iconic Texas artists Lyle Lovett and Michael Martin Murphey to help ranching communities affected by the recent Smokehouse Creek Fire.
The largest fire in Texas history scorched more than 1 million acres, destroying structures and killing over 7,000 head of cattle and three people over three weeks.
The Rangeland Fire Relief Benefit Dinner and Concert will be held on Sunday, April 21, at 6:30 p.m. at the Starlight Ranch Moon Palace.
The Michael Martin Murphey Western Institute is a center for the education, preservation, and perpetuation of the arts, culture, history, and legacy of the American West.
