League Of Women Voters Civics 101 Workshop

The fourth Civics 101 Workshop of 2023 is being held on November 4th from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Downtown Library.

The workshop is being put on by the League of Women Voters, and the series has been presented in many libraries in Amarillo for the past two months.

The aim is to give voters the basic information and confidence they need to vote at all levels to vote in upcoming elections.

The workshop is divided into city, special districts, county, state, and election information. There will be a refreshment break with prizes and helpful handouts.

PowerPoint Civics 101 program modules will be made available to civic clubs upon request.
