Happy State Bank is happy to announce the promotion of Alberto Rios to Chief Operation Officer.
With over 20 years in banking he joined the Happy team last year.
Rios was born in Mexico City, Mexico and has a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering along with a Master’s in Business Administration.
He and his wife of 20 years have three children.
