What is so crucial that determines how healthy or sick you are from stress?

Your attitude, Social networks, community, and your spiritual beliefs.

To simplify, the health of your mind and spirit and your sense of connection with your community ha an intense impact on the health of your body.

In fact aside from eating breakfast, the biggest predictor of longevity is psychological resiliency- being able to roll with the punches that life throws at us.

There is a dramatic connection between your mind and body and vice-versa.

It should not be called a connection since it’s just one bidirectional system.

Unfortunately, few Doctors Accept or understand this fundamental concept of biology.

They prescribe substances that manage our moods and energy not to mention, caffeine, sugar, alcohol, and nicotine. When the most powerful pharmacy is between our ears.
