Dean And Childers To Be Tried Together

A Wayne County judge in New York State has decided that former Sunray Police Chief Timothy Dean and his wife, Charla Childers, will stand trial together for double homicide.

Dean is charged with one count of first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree murder.

Childers faces second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges.

Jury selection for the trial is set to take place on May 15^th.
