Dalhart Police Discover Illegal Weapons

An illegal firearm and alleged incendiary device were found by The Dalhart Police Department.

Police were called out to a home on a disturbance call and after making contact with a suspect a  brief altercation took place.

That person was placed under arrest and transported to the Dallam County Jail.

Authorities also recovered an illegally modified shotgun and a Molotov cocktail.

This investigation is ongoing.
