Country Music Singer K.T. Oslin Dead At 78

Country singer-songwriter legend K.T. Oslin is dead at the age of 78.

The Country Music Association confirmed she died on Monday after suffering from Parkinson’s disease and recently being diagnosed with the coronavirus.

It is unclear what caused her death at this time. Oslin won three Grammy awards in her career including one for Best Country Song in 1989 with her song “Hold Me.”

She also was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2018 and the Texas Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2014.
