Buff Stadium Naming Rights

The Bain-Schaeffer Buffalo Stadium at WTAMU will have a new name.

The stadium will be called the First United Field due to a naming rights agreement between First United Bank and the school for ten years.

The stadium, according to officials, was named the premier stadium in all of Division II Athletics.

It had been renamed Bain-Schaeffer Buffalo Stadium for the families that donated a combined total of $5 million dollars.

Besides the field’s new name, school officials say signage, logo placement, as well as broadcast, video, and advertising opportunities for First United will be available.

The new name will be featured at the season-opening game this Saturday.
