Baseball Fundraiser at Rick Klein Park This Weekend

Come out to the Rick Klein Complex on Saturday, April 22nd for a great cause. 

To honor the life of 14-year-old Jaxson Mendoza, Jaxson’s friends and family are putting together a fundraiser day of baseball to help benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Texas. 

Split into activities like a Longball contest, and various skill competitions for both baseball and softball teams between the ages of six through High School, the proceeds from this event will also lay the groundwork for a soon-to-be scholarship in honor of Jaxson. 

Food trucks and merchandise will be sold, as well as a raffle with different prizes like an autographed Sod Poodles baseball and a custom bat from Bomb City Baseball to name a couple.
