Barefoot Man Takedown

A barefoot man received injuries after trying to run away from Amarillo Police 

APD tried to make a traffic stop on a vehicle but the passenger refused to stop, Monday afternoon.

After a short chase, the man got out of the car and tried to run away.

During the pursuit, the man ran down an alley, and out of his sandals, causing injury to his feet.

The man was taken into custody and later received medical attention.
