38-year-old Kathy Teresa Davila is wanted out of Potter County for Failure to Appear, Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Bond Forfeiture for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.
Davila is 5 foot 6, 205 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
