We’ve been pretty involved with the idea of stress in the past few weeks on Eye On Wellness.

Chuck Williams has some good ideas to curb stress eating,

Find a different way to occupy yourself.  Consider all foods in moderation. Give in to some cravings, but limit the frequency and portion size.

Try healthier versions of your favorite foods. There are endless varieties available online for healthy swaps.

Don’t try to do it all at once. Take small steps. Minor changes one at a time is more sustainable over the long run.
