Shooting Victim Identified

The man killed in Borger over the weekend has been identified.

Twenty-five-year-old Jose Alverez of Houston was pronounced dead at the scene on North Main Street, following the shooting.

Three other men suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital in critical in stable condition.

Twenty-five-year-old Seth Preas has been arrested and is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and more charges could be on the way, pending further investigation.
