The Randall County 4-H Shooting Sports-Shotgun Club is getting a helping hand after thieves stole $4,000 worth of ammunition last week.

After learning about the incident the Dallas Safari Club Texas Panhandle Chapter went out and bought 20,000 shotgun shells to help replace the practice ammo.

The crooks took about 80 flats of 12 and 20 gauge shells from the clubs storage container, which they are still in the process of repairing and implementing additional security measures.

The club would appreciate any further donations and have set up a beneficiary account with Happy State Bank.

You can make a Donations at any Happy State branch to the “Randall Co. 4-H Shooting” beneficiary account.
