Juvenile In Custody For Sexual Assaults
A juvenile has been arrested in connection with the sexual assault of an elderly woman that took place on December 22nd.
During the investigation, police learned that there were possibly three other victims of sexual assault from the same suspect in the Southlawn neighborhood.
All the victims had filed police reports but they did not appear to be connected until this investigation.
Police said a suspect was developed in all four cases, identifying a juvenile male that lives in the area.
After identifying the suspect, detectives took the case to Randall County Juvenile Probation, where they obtained a directive to apprehend the male juvenile.
The suspect was booked into the Youth Center of the High Plains on December 31st and charged with three counts of sexual assault, one count of aggravated sexual assault and criminal trespass.
