Dallam County Sheriff’s Office Warns Of Phone Scam

Scam Calls
The Dallam County Sheriff’s office has received two phone calls from local civilians stating a person identifying themselves as a Captain with our Sheriff’s office is calling them requesting a DNA Sample and that they have a bench warrant.
The Dallam County Sheriff’s office does not have any Captains and we will not call you for anything that involves warrants or samples.
The number the scammers are calling from is 1-806-370-2658.
