Covid-19 Report Card For Tuesday May 12th

As of Tuesday May 12^th, there has been an increase in Covid-19 testing which has led to a jump in positive cases.

There have now been 10,671 tests conducted with 4,073 still pending.

Potter County has a total of 1,327 cases with 213 recoveries and 16 deaths reported with Randall County having 413 total cases with 124 recoveries and 4 deaths.

The City of Canyon is reporting that there has been a total of 23 confirmed positive cases of coronavirus in Canyon as of May 12th with 18 cases active, 4 recovered, and 1 death.

City officials say 6 are in the hospital and 5 in relation to assisted living/nursing homes.

These numbers are for all of those in the Canyon zip code, 79015, and not just Canyon proper.
