APD Working Homicide After Body Found Friday Evening

Amarillo Police are working on a new murder case.

Officers were called to the 3400 Block of North Hill on a welfare check at 8:47 Friday night.

Upon entering the home police found a deceased male, 23-year-old Trevor Riley, and noted the scene indicated foul play.

APD Homicide Detectives were called to the scene and are looking for several individuals who are known to have been in the residence at the time of Riley’s murder.
