Amarillo College Graduate Receives Scholarship

The Headliners Foundation of Texas has awarded more than $70,000 in scholarships for the 2019 and 2020 academic year.
Meghan Holland of Amarillo College was one of the recipients.
The foundation awards these scholarships to students who show outstanding potential in journalism.
Holland graduated from AC on May 10 with an associate degree in psychology, two weeks before her high school graduation.
While at AC Holland was a Presidential Scholar and served on the AC Student Media Staff.
After her high school graduation she plans to attend the University of Texas in Austin.
