Amarillo Crime Stoppers is searching for a wanted fugitive out of Potter County.
25-year-old Fabian Gabriel Carrasco is wanted for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle and Theft of Property over $2,500 under $30,000.
Carrasco is 5 foot 10, 160 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.
