Construction is set to get underway this summer on the next phase of State Loop 335 upgrades.
The project is funded by Tx DOT and the Amarillo Metropolitan Planning Organization with a cost of a little over 50-million dollars.
The project will tie in with the new location of Helium Road to Southwest 9th Avenue. aand will include construction of the new Loop 335 frontage roads, a 2 level interchange at the loop and I-40 and ADA sidewalks along the Loop.
