The Together We can Food and Fund Drive Kicks off on Monday, December 5th , at the Market Street United in Amarillo.
The annual food and funds collection benefits the High Plains Food Bank, which in turn helps to relieve food insecurities in the Texas Panhandle.
Each and every donation counts towards relieving hunger in our area.
Estimates say hunger and food insecurity rates each year, one in six people in the Texas Panhandle, struggle to put food on
the table at any time, and one out of five of them are children.
You can drop off your food or monetary donation from 8;00 a.m. to 10 p.m. all next week at Market Street United at 45 and Georgia.
