Quackenbush Found Guilty

Katie Quackenbush of Amarillo has been found guilty of reckless endangerment for shooting a homeless man in August of 2020.

The man is alleged to have been sleeping on a sidewalk in Nashville near Music Row.

The verdict is a Class A misdemeanor and the sentencing should be handed down within 40m days.

While she was found guilty of reckless endangerment, she was not found guilty of reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon.
