MAN FOUND GUILTY OF MURDER

A recent four day trial in Potter County ended up with a man found guilty of murder.

Loohay Gum Pratommarath was found guilty of first degree murder and assessed a punishment of life in prison.

He had a previous felony conviction of Burglary of a Habitation.

This comes after officers got a tip of a homicide that took place at 927 Columbine an illegal gaming establihment in March of 2020. The murder victim was Husin Bi.

Threre was no body found at the scene, though a body was later located identified a Bi.

It was located in the trunk of a carthat was on fire.

Police records show a witness spoke with detectives saying there was an argument over stolen money.
