High Winds And Lack Of Rainfall Fuel Wildfires

Fire crews across the Panhandle have battled wildfires this weekend.
The Texas A&M Forest Service assisted the Potter County Fire Department on the Tank Battery fire that broke out Friday on H-287 south of the Canadian River.
Saturday night at 8 pm this blaze was called 100 % contained and had burned 850 acres.
Fire crews from Stratford, Sunray and Gruver have contained the fire at Coldwater Draw in Sherman County.
