Former Parmer County Deputy Facing More Charges

More charges have been filed against a former Parmer County Deputy.
Davin Seth Waters is facing an additional charge of transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.
Waters is also charged with travel with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct which could face up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
